Sorry, no — we are not certified electrical contractors. We do not install general power outlets or electrical cabling. We only install Extra Low Voltage (ELV) cabling, including structured data cabling, coaxial antenna cables, and fibre‑optic cabling.

You can call us or send an email with your phone number, along with your house or business floor plan and address. Our friendly sales team will review your details, get in touch, discuss your requirements, and recommend the best solution that offers maximum value for your budget.

Choosing the right CCTV, alarm, or intercom brand depends entirely on your property’s needs. There is no single “best” brand for everyone — the ideal system varies based on your security goals, property layout, whether you prefer wired or wireless equipment, and your budget.

To help you select the most suitable solution for your home or business, consider the following key factors:

Commercial vs Residential Requirements: Large warehouses, factories, and commercial buildings often need scalable systems with multi‑zone monitoring, high‑resolution cameras, and advanced access control. Residential properties typically focus on user‑friendly mobile apps, reliable motion detection, and clear video at entry points.

Integration and Ecosystem: Choose brands that offer a unified ecosystem, allowing your CCTV cameras, video doorbell, and alarm system to work together and be controlled through a single mobile app. This ensures smoother operation and easier day‑to‑day use.

Wired vs Wireless Systems: For double‑story homes or properties where visible cabling is a concern, wireless alarm systems are often the best option. Modern wireless systems use long‑lasting battery‑powered PIR sensors and reed switches, providing clean installations without compromising reliability.

Monitoring Preferences: Decide whether you prefer self‑monitoring through free mobile notifications (which require an active internet or telephone connection for both your phone and the alarm panel) or a professionally monitored service with a monthly or annual subscription. Professional monitoring connects your alarm to a security control room or guards for rapid response.

If you want, I can also prepare a version that includes recommended brands for each category (CCTV, alarm, intercom) to make your FAQ even more helpful for customers.

For breakdowns or faults, our pricing structure is divided into two categories depending on your system’s status:

  • Existing Systems or Post-Warranty: We charge a minimum of two hours for attending the site and investigating the issue. For any part replacements or additional work required, we charge an hourly rate starting from the third hour onwards.
  • Systems Under Warranty: We will visit the site to determine whether the issue stems from the installation.
    • If the issue is related to our installation (such as incorrect wiring termination or wrong programming), there is no charge for the call-out.
    • For any other issues—including a direct product fault—we charge for the time spent resolving the matter, subject to a two-hour minimum and subsequent hourly rates.

Please contact us directly to find out our current minimum hourly rates.

Yes, we do. We provide complete data‑network solutions for homes and businesses, including supply, installation, and configuration of industry‑leading network equipment.

Firewalls & Network Security: We offer secure and reliable firewall solutions, including Sophos Firewalls, ideal for protecting your home or business network from cyber threats, managing internet traffic, and ensuring safe connectivity.

Network Storage Devices (NAS): We supply NAS drives suitable for home offices, small businesses, and commercial environments—perfect for secure file storage, backups, and media sharing.

Structured Network Cabling & Rack Installations: Our team installs structured data cabling, network racks, patch panels, cable management, and all required terminations to build a clean, professional, and scalable network infrastructure.

Fibre Optic Cabling & Terminations: We are fully capable of supplying and terminating fibre‑optic cables, including single‑mode and multi‑mode fibre, for high‑speed backbone connections between floors, buildings, or network equipment.
